Return Process

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
